Maintenance windows for servers

The service provider has the right to perform maintenance and upkeep of networks and services during the service window. Services may be available during the service window, but this is not guaranteed. The planned maintenance measures will be focused on downtime. Interruptions during the service window are not taken into account in the availability calculation.

The service provider reserves the right to carry out service and maintenance work other than during the service window. The customer will be notified of this work at least 5 days before the scheduled maintenance time, unless it is necessary for maintenance and upkeep that requires urgent action.

The service provider is not responsible for the functionality of the service if, for reasons attributable to the customer, it is not possible to perform the service and maintenance work within the agreed time.
